1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the relationship between jeta7a (hereinafter "jeta7a", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services made available at jeta7a.club.

By completing registration on jeta7a, depositing funds, or using any gaming or betting service offered by jeta7a, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. 3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on jeta7a only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device profiles — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. You must notify jeta7a promptly if any registered information changes.

• You must not use temporary, disposable, or alias email addresses to create an account.

Duplicate accounts detected by jeta7a's fraud prevention systems will be closed without prior notice. Any balances held in duplicate accounts — including deposited funds and any winnings — may be forfeited at jeta7a's discretion where fraudulent intent is determined.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeta7a account credentials, including your username and password. jeta7a will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

• Do not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not allow any third party to access or use your jeta7a account on your behalf.

• jeta7a will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits on jeta7a are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jeta7a accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

6 Withdrawals

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. This is a one-time process per account.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

jeta7a offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback promotions, and cricket-specific betting incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific offer's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players only, as defined by the specific promotion's terms.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

The rules governing individual games and betting markets on jeta7a are determined by the respective game provider (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt) and the jeta7a sportsbook rules applicable to each sport. General platform rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet.

10 Intellectual Property

13 Account Suspension & Closure

jeta7a reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion where:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity is suspected or confirmed.
• The account is subject to a legal hold, court order, or regulatory investigation.
• The account holder has submitted a self-exclusion request.
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months and holds a zero balance.
